Delivery and Returns

1. Shipping time

After confirmation of the order, and subject to available stocks, Hendiya undertakes to ship all the references ordered by the buyer within a maximum period of 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) .

A confirmation email is sent to the buyer as soon as his order is shipped, with the package tracking number in order to follow the order closely.

In order to facilitate the delivery of the order by the carrier, the buyer undertakes to make the necessary efforts to allow the delivery of the package: name visible on the letterbox, transmission of access codes to the home and phone number.

Customs charges are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order. When charges apply, they are your responsibility . In addition, depending on the country of delivery, restrictions by customs services may apply.

3. Late delivery

Delivery times are indicative and remain dependent on carriers. Hendiya cannot therefore be held responsible for any late delivery.

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 10 working days, the buyer must inform Hendiya customer service, via the "Contact" section of the website, which will implement the necessary and appropriate actions .

4. Place of delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form.

5. Product conformity

If the product does not comply with the order, the buyer must send a complaint to Hendiya on the following email address info@hendiya.fr in order to obtain the replacement of the product or possibly the resolution of the sale.

6. Transport risks

The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the items leave the premises of Hendiya. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the delivery agent, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Are considered as force majeure releasing Hendiya from its obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. < / p>

7. Withdrawal and return deadlines

Pursuant to article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days after receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return any item not to him. not suitable for reimbursement, with the exception of the return costs which remain at its expense.

The products to be returned must be unopened and in their original condition allowing their remarketing in new condition Any product opened or damaged by the buyer will not be taken back.

8. Terms of returns

The right of withdrawal can be exercised directly with customer service, via the "Contact" section of our website . We will tell you how to return the parcel by email . You will be asked to specify the reasons for the return, before you can edit the return label to stick on the previously packed package. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund of the order.

Your package must be returned as follows:

  • For packages to be returned from France, via Colissimo: possibility for the buyer to request a return from his letterbox on the Colissimo site or to drop the package in a post office;
  • For packages to be returned from Belgium and Luxembourg, via Mondial Relay: drop off the package at an approved relay point.
  • For packages to be returned from other countries, contact us directly for more information.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.

In all cases, we advise the buyer to keep the proof of deposit which will allow him to benefit from his refund even in the event of an incident with his package.

9. Estimated return costs

Return shipping costs by post below are indicative; they may be subject to an upward or downward variation depending on the price conditions of La Poste (Colissimo) and Mondial Relay.

10. Refund terms

In the event of withdrawal, Hendiya will refund all payments received on the same means of payment as that used at the time of purchase. Hendiya will reimburse within 14 days, after receipt and verification of the returned products. If the refund has not been received after 14 days, you can send us a proof of deposit of the package on info@hendiya.fr which will allow an early refund.
